Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Start your adventure with a morning departure from Arusha heading to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive through landscapes dominated by baobab trees and large elephant herds. Spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species. Picnic lunch in the park. In the late afternoon, head to a campsite near Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight camping with a campfire experience.

Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward Serengeti National Park. Stop at the Naabi Hill Gate for stunning views of the endless plains. Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Tour & Return to Arusha

Enjoy an early breakfast before descending 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day safari. This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa, including lions, buffaloes, elephants, zebras, hippos, and the rare black rhino. Picnic lunch by the hippo pool. After your game drive, ascend the crater rim and drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon — marking the end of your 5-day Tanzania camping safari.
