Day 1: Arrival & Moshi

Day 2: Moshi – Marangu Gate – Mandara Hut

Drive to Marangu Gate, complete registration, and begin the trek through lush rainforest. Hike approximately 4–5 hours to Mandara Hut (2,700m). Enjoy dinner and overnight in the hut.

Day 3: Mandara Hut – Horombo Hut

After breakfast, hike through moorland terrain towards Horombo Hut (3,720m). Picnic lunch en route or at the hut. Afternoon rest for acclimatization. Dinner and overnight at Horombo Hut.

Day 4: Horombo Hut – Kibo Hut

Ascend through alpine desert landscapes to Kibo Hut (4,700m). Hike approximately 5–6 hours. Afternoon rest and early dinner to prepare for the midnight summit attempt. Overnight in Kibo Hut.

Day 5: Kibo Hut – Uhuru Peak – Horombo Hut – Moshi

Start the summit climb around midnight. Reach Uhuru Peak (5,895m) at sunrise for incredible panoramic views. Descend to Horombo Hut for breakfast and further descent to Marangu Gate. Transfer back to Moshi for celebration and overnight rest.
